  Never fail to hand you a cup of crap through the window and hope you wont turn around and walk in to have them correct it. So sick of wasting my money here.. alot of dunks suck. This one sucks consistently. You like that ice coffee bitter with 3 cubes floating at the top and half effort pumping your swirl and never stirring that one pump instead of the 4 its supposed to come with? Stop at bedford dunks! Managers should be embarrassed!

  The WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! They have a really hard time keeping track of what items go with what orders, they never repeat orders back and always get them wrong, and the employees are horrible to each other! Last time (and the last time) I went there the manager had the girl who screwed up my order in tears before I left the drive-thru!

  This Dunks sucks. Drive through employees especially rude and nasty. Nearly always out of whatever it is that I'm hoping to have. Avoid this place!

  Employees are rude and need better customer service skills especially on drive thru...always has the order wrong even when they repeat back to you correctly...but thanks for the extra donut you mistakenly gave us.
